Guten tag!  Meine name ist Gary.   

Sorry guys, my german is very bad.  I took three and a half years in high school a very long long time ago.  I have found I can read and listen much better than type and speak it.    

My father was in the US Army and was stationed in Herzogenaurach (aka Herzo Base) for three years.  I believe this is where Addidas has their headquarters now.  Needless to say, our family love affair with your country began there.  My first visit was for 3 weeks in 1991, shortly before reunification and witnessed Germany win the World Cup.  Since then, due to business and family there, I have returned three more times, mainly in the Hamburg and Dusseldorf areas.  Many great stories and memories I have.  In fact, I sent all of the Wave 1 Combat Heroes to my family there. 

I live near Indianapolis, Indiana.  I frequent JBL, The TerrorDrome and a local site to the midwest USA, The COIL Club.

I am thrilled to see a Joe following in Germany.  I will be sure to check back in often.
